Sym Endpoint - Unable to view Management Console
Hi gurus,
Got a good problem for you all. System running;
Server 2008 64bit
Symantec endpoint 11
It has been working for some time now but all of a sudden, when I try to log into the Management Console I get a "Unable to communicate with the reporting component"
I have gone through Symantec's troubleshooting;

and found that when testing the connection in ODBC manager, I get, "Connection failed: unable to start database server"
I have run a repair over endpoint which did not fix it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
