OWA - SBS 2008, Exchange 2007, Cannot save edited Documents

We're using SBS 2007/Exchange 2007 and OWA. OWA allows remote users to access "Documents" via the left menu. While users can view the files on our shared server (same server that is running SBS), and open them, and save them to their own computer, they cannot edit the file and save it back to the server. The response when trying to save, for instance, a Word document that was opened via OWA is:

You cannot save the file due to a file permission error.

Can someone point me to exactly where these permissions are that are influencing this?
