asked on

how to create tab view in sharepoint to shot content?

I would like to display contents on our intranet site using tab view.

A precise example of what I need to do can be seen under the section "What's New?" and "Have you Say" on the Ministry of transport, NZ site.
http://www.transport.govt.nz/

Is there a webpart that can do this?

Not exactly the same as Ministry of transport, it's javascript (jquery) unless you want to make one using a Content Editor Webpart

But you do have the Site Aggregator web part... this uses Tabs + iframes.

The solution is exactly what I wanted but it's not working.  Any idea why.  I uploaded the webpart to the site collection web part gallery and inserted on the page but it is not doing what it is claiming to do.  Instead, it gets added as a content web part editor.  Did it work for you?

Just to be clear.  I am talking about the easy tabs webpart.
well it is a content webpart but it should have the tabs inside it

I can see the tabs when I am in the edit mode, but when I save the page the tab and webpart disappears as a whole.

Is that webpart working for you when you get out of the edit mode?

Doesn't make sense but an IIS restart took care of my issues.
