Ok, I've discovered that opera-table was a resource mailbox that was 'broken' at some stage.  It was then deleted but has left behind the 'event sink'.

I've tried deleting it using "cscript regevent.vbs delete file://./backofficestorage/wiliam.com.au/MBX/firefox-table/Inbox/OnSaveForAutoAcceptAgent"

But now it's coming back with this error:

Error Opening Connection : -2147217895 Object or data matching the name, range, or selection criteria was not found within the scope of this operation.

Any advice?
I'm giving farazhkhan the points, the article pointed me in the right direction.
