I don't know why, but on most Vista and Windows 7 machines that I use, as soon as I start writing code in any language (e.g. Netbeans, Eclipse, Visual Studio, Notepad...) every once in a while the language mode goes from United States, to Canadian French. Then all my symbols get messed up - doublequotes become ``, apostrophes become é, etc.<br />

Maybe it's a key combination or something that I hit by accident that switches the keyboard mode, but it's driving me crazy. How do I turn it off?

Keyboard Language mode keeps switching to French
