Keyboard Language mode keeps switching to French
I don't know why, but on most Vista and Windows 7 machines that I use, as soon as I start writing code in any language (e.g. Netbeans, Eclipse, Visual Studio, Notepad...) every once in a while the language mode goes from United States, to Canadian French. Then all my symbols get messed up - doublequotes become ``, apostrophes become é, etc.
Maybe it's a key combination or something that I hit by accident that switches the keyboard mode, but it's driving me crazy. How do I turn it off?

If you don't need this language, delete it fro the defined keyboard languages from the control panel. otherwise configur the language options to have English as default, and check if there is any option .

What do you mean by "left ALT + Tabulator"? Alt+Tab switches through programs doesn't it?
