RRAS VPN users not binding to VPN DNS Servers

I have a windows 2003 server running RRAS (the box also has DNS, DHCP, and Wins) the box has a around 20 VPN users using PPP to connect.  THey are able to connect but it is not using the DNS servers from the VPN.  I've tried checking and unchecking the "Use Default Gateway on Remote Network" but it doesn't change.  I can ping netbios names and FQDNs but NSlookup shows nothing as it is using my ISPs DNS.  When I manually change the binding (from article 311218 on technet) it works until i reboot or recreate the VPN connection.
I've looked at everything and it looks correct.  I'm trying to avoid having to change all my clients.

Do you use your original DNS through RRAS or do you have a separate pool for IP addresses in RRAS ?

It was helpful but the issue was resolved through other means.
