Upgrade(?) form Server 2003 to SBS 2003? Possible

I would like to migrate a full version of Server 2003 to Small Busines Server 2003. This is a domain that has only 5 users, but would like Exchange and Remote Work Place to be available. They purchased SBS 2003 prior to consulting me, but are running a Dell PE 830 with a Duo Core Proc that has 8GB of RAM - so their hardware is sufficient.

Has anyone here ever attempted this?

They are currenlt NOT running Exchange on the domain. Mail is off-site.

All the current Server 2003 is running is AD and hostinng 3 databases.

***They do not want to add another box. This is an "In-Place-Upgrade" from Server 2003 to SBS 2003.

Yea... thought that was the case. Never even came up against this before. It is usualy the other way when I get called in - SBS 2003 to a full version of Server 2003 with Exchange 2003. AND this is why I hate SBS 2003/2008 - Wizards! I'm MCSE 2003 and 2008 AD/Net  and I would rather wade through the quagmire of MS Server 2003/2008 Active Directory that SBS 20?? wizards.

Thnaks for the input. Sorry for the answer to the client - from 5 hours to 15 hours.
Funny every SBS "expert" here felt the same way about using wizards until we learned how to use them. However, please keep in mind every SBS expert here also had to rebuild their first SBS because we didn't use the wizards. It is important.

If not familiar with SBS the following is a good quick read outlining some of the unique features:

Thanks mojopojo.
Cheers!
