I am unable to enable bluetooth on this machine. When I right-click on Bluetooth Manager in the taskbar and select Enable Bluetooth Radio, I receive a message "Activate Bluetooth using Fn + F2 or the Radio ON/OFF switch. I tried Fn + F2 and there is no response from system.  Please help.  I just purchased a new Logitech bluetooth mouse and it is useless unless I can enable the bluetooth radio.  Thanks.

Check in the BIOS that the FN (function keys) are enabled since it seems not to be responding. Also, is the radio switch on?

The solution is that the hard wireless switch on the left side of the computer needs to be turned to the on position in order to enable bluetooth.

I didn't know that the radio switch was the same as the wireless switch found on the left side of the notebook.
