Thanks ong-hh for reply,
It use Local system Account in services, when run I got :The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion

when I change to other user like administrator I got error:
Windows could not start the SQL Server Agent (MSSQLSERVER) service on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Please check:

 1. the service account does not access to the \data & \log folder - check security

 2. the service account is not a member of sql sysadmin

 3. the service cannot connect to the sqlserver because it's unable to resolve the hostname and/or instance name - check   DNS entry; can you do reverse/forward lookup; check sql alias; check hosts file

 4. invalid executable defined for sqlagent - check services mgr

 5. invalid \log path - check SQLServerAgent registry key
