jquery toggle not working in IE7

hey folks

i have a scipt based on http://www.sohtanaka.com/web-design/easy-toggle-jquery-tutorial and it works fine in IE8, FF and Chrome. but it refuses to work in IE7.

what am i doing wrong?

use toggle() instead of slideToggle()

I have tested your code, problem is with your jquery file. Please download the latest version from jquery.com and the problem will get fixed

Here is the final fix for your problem.

$('li.trigger').click(function(){
        if($(this).children('div.innerContent').length){ //IE7
          $(this).toggleClass('active').children('div.innerContent').toggle('slow');
        }else{
            $(this).toggleClass('active').next('div.innerContent').toggle('slow');
        }
});
