We currently have Navision 4.0 Sp2 with MSDE 2000. This is extremely slow in performance. Total number of users 20.<br />

We Have Used HP DL 380 G4 server win2003 std edition <br />
<br />
3.60 ghz Zeon processor &nbsp;4 gb ram. <br />
<br />
We now know we would like to upgrade all HARDWARE + SOFTWARE + ERP APPLICATION. <br />

01) What are the known issues &nbsp;and limitations implementing Micorsoft Navision 2009 with SQL express edition 2005? <br />
02) wHAT ARE THE MAIN REASONS to implement Navisioon 2009 on SQL server 2005/2008 opposed to Express edition 2005?<br />
03) Since we are short &nbsp;in Finance is it advisable to upgrade HP DL 380 G4 with extra processor + extra RAM + Hard drive. <br />

This solution is not a great approach. I want to take this solution for only 6 months. <br />

Please give me your advice. <br />
