02) wHAT ARE THE MAIN REASONS to implement Navisioon 2009 on SQL server 2005/2008 opposed to Express edition 2005?

I believe that there will be some (visible) improvement in stability and performance if you upgrade to SQL 2005/2008

SQL Server Express is not an option in Live deployments since there are hardware limitations:

   * SQL Express CAN'T use more than 1 GB RAM
   * SQL Express CAN'T use more than 1 CPU
   * DB size is limited to 4GB
