New PC for user. Runs Win7 32bit, connected to Win2003 Exchange, Outlook 2007 set up and working great first week. All of the sudden, no new messages arrive unless we open her Outlook on the old WinXP pc and they arrive there first (I wonder if that's what was happening the first week).
Outgoing messages fine. Outlook show connected and All Folders up to date.
Any idea why Win7 won't retrieve new messages from Exchange?

Antivirus maybe...I think about the firewall but less probable for me. I use Windows 7 at work on a corporate domain with no issue about outlook! everything works just awesome!
Assuming you only have ONE account setup (Exchange) and you can send email then the connection should be ok. Has the user accidentally chosen a different view in Inbox?
Commented:
Delete and recreate the Outlook profile.

Strange, but deleting and recreating the profile did it.
