Where in the Outlook calendar can I have one person blocked so they don't see my info?

Where in the Outlook calendar properties (ie Permissions?) can I block one person so
they don't see my available info? I want to show "No information" for this one person only.

Tools ==> Options ==> Delegates ==> [Add] ==> Set all drop downs to "None" ==> [OK] ==> [OK]

NO....I want them to see "/////////////no info/////////" while others can see my calendar just blocked off. I don't share my DETAILS just availability.
I have now asked you twice in 2 different questions, Which version of Outlook?

Right click on Calendar select properties then the permissions tab.

Thanks so much. this is exactly what I thought and wanted to hear.
We all have Outlook 2003 and don't have the ability to designate the options you are showing (e.g. allow free/busy times, etc.)
these are my only options:
