I have discovered an orphaned mailbox in Exchange System Manager which I need to recover but when right-clicking on the mailbox in ESM all options are greyed out? It does not show that is deleted or disconnected? Therefore I am unable to reattach to a user account. The original AD account must have been deleted at some point, but I recreated and still unable to reconnect? Appreciate any assistance.
