What parts of SQL Server can I uninstall?

A while ago I installed SQL Server Express on my desktop machine and on a web server.  I only need it on the server.  I connect with Management Studio Express to the SQL instance on my server.  I'm trying to do a little clean-up on my desktop machine and I'm not sure what SQL stuff I can get rid of safely.  See the attached image.  Some of that may have been installed when I installed Visual Studio, but I'm not sure.  I know I use the Management Studio and I also use the Migration Assistant for Access occasionally.  Can I uninstall the rest of that stuff safely?
