Are both exchange installs part of the same domain? And Exchange Organisation?

You only need to move the mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 - the rest is kept in Active Directory and will remain once all is moved across and your 2003 server decommissioned.
Here is a good article to help you move the mailboxes:

Each exchange is on different domains.
All the users and other objects need to be moved there
We have been suggested to use Priasoft software for this.
I wanted to know if its Ok or any better solutions for it
and
What should i plan for this

My Aim is to get all the objects in the old AD/Exchange to the New exchange & Domain

Then your only option I'd to use ADMT to move the user/groups/contacts etc between domains.

Then use exmerge to export the mail to PST files as per: http://www.petri.co.il/brick_level_backup_of_mailboxes_by_using_exmerge.htm

and then use import-mailbox to re-import the mail as per:  http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/management-administration/exchange-2007-sp1-mailbox-management-part1.html

or use outlook to do it manually
