NTP on Cisco Switch & Windows 2008 R2
I have several Cisco 2960's I'm trying to setup NTP on.
I've configured my DC running Windows 2008 R2 to be an NTP client and server as described in this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816042.
On the switch I've configured them with "ntp server 192.168.10.20" which is the IP address of the DC. Show NTP Associates shows:
address ref clock st when poll reach delay offset disp
~192.168.10.20 207.46.232.182 4 224 1024 377 1.3 172164 15875.
* master (synced), # master (unsynced), + selected, - candidate, ~ configured
I believe this is showing it's configured, but is not synced. I know the times are different, they are however within a few minutes of each other.
Ideas?
