configure apache httpd.conf to have higher then 128 bit encryption with sslv3, and no lower versions

I want to configure my virtual host in httpd.conf to require higher then 128 bit encryption, and only use version 3 of ssl.   How do I do that?

That didnt seem to work.  The apache server wouldnt start up after they were put in.

Could you explain what each of the components of those lines does?
The answer was this:

SSLCipherSpec 3A
SSLCipherSpec 34
SSLCipherSpec 35

in the virtual host.
