"http://groups.google.com/" how delete 10yrs old mistake messages??

Hello.

Is there any way erase groups.google.com newsgroup, messages is very old (10yrs), and it is still available there, how remove?

If you are the group moderator or owner you can remove the posts by logging in to the group in questions and then click "more options" next to the date will display "remove" link beneath the "subject" line of the post. Click the link, select "yes, remove it now," then click "confirm".

If you aren't the owner or moderator I would contact the moderator/owner about removing the old posts.

Ya, once you post something on a forum, its pretty much there unless you get one of the mods to delete it for you.

If the message is from a public NNTP usenet newsgroup, then there is no way to delete it.  Even if you get google to delete it from google groups, it may be published in numerous other places.  Once the cat is out of the bag, it's hard to put it back in...
