I am wanting to add a Linux(Ubuntu 9.10) client to a Windows Server 2003 std. network with Exchange 2007. Can the Ubuntu mail client access the Exchange Public folders?

Can I use the Ubuntu email client(Evolution) to access an Exchange 2007 mailbox and Exchange Public folders. (We have a public calander that is very important to our business). Is there an Exchange 2007 connector for Ubuntu? If Evolution won't work is there a better option?

I got the email working, however, is there a way to access the public calendar?
This helped get email going but did not help me get access to public folders.
you can use a tool davmail downloaded from sourgceforge, it will connect to exchange on MAPI, and then you can configure your mail client to connect to that tool on localhost.
it will allow you to use

Calendar
Emails :D
