I believe the 10gb GBICs are fiber only so you would need fiber jumpers. &nbsp;Generally I connect multiple stackables to a central switch that has the bulk of my resources on it (servers, routers, etc.) that way it splits up the traffic to seperate ports instead of cascading through an intermediary. &nbsp;If you only are using one VLAN you should just be able to connect and go. &nbsp;Otherwise if using multiple VLANS then you should set the 10gb ports to be tagged on all VLANS (trunked in Cisco terminology).
