Can i run trend micro internet secuirty personal firewall and windows 7 firewall at the same time?

I have trend micro internet secuirty and i wanted to know if i can run windows 7 firewall and tc's personal firewall at the same time without it affecting my computer.

Why would you want to? However I don't believe this is possible as windows will detect one in place already.

When you install a full security package, it will disable the currently installed firewall or warn you that you must do so before installation can occur.  There's no need for two, as they tend to do exactly the same things.  

Not so with antivirus software, though.  Having two on the same system will cause dramatic loss of speed and possible BSODs.

That's the magic question.
You never know when 2 competing programs decide to have a fight and .....
If you're a home user, I would recommend  windows firewall and free avast antivirus.

Yeah that's what i figured! It would be like running two antivirus programs. Only reason why i ask is because i purchased this computer with windows 7 and it came with a free 15month subsciption of trend micro and i saw it had the firewall on it as well. I just wanna keep hackers out of my computer.

Chances are trend disabled the windows firewall as normal practice.
Your user control would be giving warnings about the firewall if there was a problem.
