Ok I set up a new SBS 2008 server for a client. It has nothing on it for spam or antivirus but today while trying to send an email to one of the coworkers from an outside email I got this error. Does SBS come with some sort of spam filter that I am not aware of?

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  glenda@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.net
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
host mail.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.net [xxx.xx.xxx.xxx]: 550 5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by
Content Filtering.

That means that the destination server rejected the sender's e-mail as spam.

Check to make sure your SBS is not on an RBL:

Hello web-rocket,

Yes you have some good filters (agents) to fight spam : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996551(EXCHG.80).aspx
