Hi all,

I am using MSHTML for webpage editing and I basically want to disable images from being resized.

Actually I want to stop resizing altogether if that's easier otherwise images will do.

How can I do this please?

thx

Are you using TEmbeddedWB?
If so you could override (or create) a key in Registry lik this

procedure TForm1.FormCreate(Sender: TObject);
var
  Reg: TRegistry;
begin
Reg := TRegistry.Create;
  try
    Reg.RootKey := HKEY_CURRENT_USER;
    if Reg.OpenKey('\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main', True) then
    begin
      reg.WriteString('Enable AutoImageResize','no');
      Reg.CloseKey;
    end;
  finally
    Reg.Free;
    inherited;
  end;
end;

If you're using TWebBrowser it doesn't get the IE values from registry, so you could force what you need by following the code provided here

Sorry about my delay...I'm back now.

Question: Wouldn't this change my Internet Explorer Settings?

What I need to do is the following:

Using TEmbeddedWB or TWebBrowser or any other (they all using IE5 as editor) when you put them in Edit Mode ...

You can normally drag and resize images etc...I besically need to stop this from happening...but I don't want to mess the user's IE settings.

Any ideas please?

thx
