It depends on how the Hyperlink is encoded.   If the e-mail is in HTML format, it will be of the form:

<a href="xxxxx.xxxx.com">yyyyy.yyyy.com</a>

XXXX.XXXX.com is the URL that will be brought up when it is clicked, while YYYYY.YYYY is the underlined text that is displayed.    They need to make sure that they hyperlink YYYYY.YYYY is correct.

If the e-mail is in TEXT format, then the problem is with the client's e-mail reader; there's not much you can do about it...

Have you cvreating the signature manually or using any tool?

Is this issue is only for one user or to All user..?

if only for single user then recreate the signature

if this issue for all users check the tool creating the Signature..!

To elaborate:
It's quite possible to have a link: www.mycompany.com that opens up www.anothercompany.com by this HTML code:
<a href="http://www.anothercompany.com">My company</a>
You must make sure the href points at the target site, just the text displayed like this:
<a href="http://www.mycompany.com">My company</a>

Go to Tools > Options > Mail Format Tab > Signatures Button >

Select the text with the Hyperlink and click on the Hyperlink button on the icon menu.

Text to Display can be different from Address. Configure as appropriate :D
