I have a client who is running a Cisco client VPN to connect to one of their partners/locations.  The issue is one of the 4 people in the office can run the VPN client, but as soon as another attempts to run it, the first person is quicked off.  Could this be a licensing issue?  How can I fix this or verify what the heck is going on?

Open to ideas.

Are those people trying to connect to the same partner? Do you know what kind of VPN device the other side is using?

the problem most likely is a NAT-T issue. Try to see if the partner able to turn on NAT-T

They are trying to connect to the same partner.  I don't know what VPN device the other side is using...I'm assuming that it's Cisco.  Assuming that the other side is using Cisco, how do they turn on Nat-t?

Commented:
different device have different method. Your best option is to ask their administor to turn on NAT-T, assuming you cannot manage their devices.

Are they using the same username and password? if so then it might be becasue the user is allowed no more than 1 login.
