Citrix program neigborhood connection center keeps reconnecting

Citrix program neighborhood connection center tries to keep reconnecting to the published app after user has exited. Connection center should shut down within 60 seconds after exiting app from what I can read.

This could be a couple of things. What version of the client are you using? Can you upgrade to version 11? Try removing the C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\ICA Client folder and the Local Settings\Application Data\Citrix Receiver folder. (This will delete all of your PN Settings) so please make sure to have a backup of those.

If all else fails I wlll upgrade the clent. I am trying to avoid doing that as it involves a number of clients that are geographically dispersed.

If I was going to go to each machine and remove files I would simply install a different client. This involves about 30 users in several counties. I was hoping for a simple fix a user could implement. They have just been manually disconnecting the connection center up till now.

Well my question was more around if deleting those files resolved the problem. If so, then we have a fix, and the could implement a login script to fix it for everyone.
