i will rent a server which processor do you advice me to rent i have two options :

Dual-Core E2160 1.8 GHZ
Quad Core Xeon X3210 2.3 Ghz

i am making video converting and working mysql with iis7 on windows 2008 server and i have multiple worker processes

I would go with the quad if your software supports 4 cores.
X3210 sure is better but it will cost you more. But in your case since you use it mostly for video converting then if the price of X3210 system cost less than 2 times of that of E2160 then choose X3210.
