We have a SBS 2003 server, which of course does about everything for us. When the old IT guy set up this server he only gave the C: (OS) a 25 GB partition. Well this drive has been slowly filling up and now only has 520 MB free space prompting warnings. I need to extend this partition by 25 more GB. There is one physical disk, a RAID 5 array, with two virtual drives the C: and D:, the D: has over 630 of 718 GB free, I want to take 25 GB from the D: and assign it to the C:, is this possible? and how? and the safest way to do to avoid data loss/system crash, as this highly important server.
Or any ideas of what files I can delete from a typical SBS OS drive to free up space, already gotten rid of old users documents and settings.
Attached is screen shot of disk management.
