Adobe Reader Sticky Notes

I have Adobe Reader 9.3 and I am trying to print the sticky notes on some documents.  I am unable to do so.  In earlier releases (7.0 and 8.0) you could print the notes and now I can't figure it out.  I also have Nitro PDF Professional, Foxit Reader, and a few others and I still can not figure it out.  It used to be a registry edit, but every time I change the registry  dword to 1 it reverts back to a 0. Any ideas.

It is
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\9.0\Annots\cPrefs]
"bprintCommentPopups"=dword:00000000

and it should be
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\9.0\Annots\cPrefs]
"bprintCommentPopups"=dword:00000001

I just downloaded the version 9.3 and I can't print out the notes. I had to add this info in the registry, but it still doesn't  work. Is there another program that will let me print out the notes?

This worked for me on a Windows Vista PC with Adobe Reader 9.x, I even had to modify the registry while the software was open and when it was closed before it started working as suggested by 3wt_Man.

Thanks.
