One of my users hasn’t been receiving his contact updates on his Blackberry so I tried to OWA into his account to see if the contacts were updating in Exchange as well as his Outlook client. When I tried to log in, I received this message and it’s only happening to him.

Has anyone ever seen this?  What caused it and how do I fix it.

Thanks.

open Active Directory Users and computers

view advanced features

find the user

right click properties -> security-> advanced and click on the "enable inherited permissions" or something like this

wait a few min for replication (if you have more than one dc) and try again
Check this article.... This should fix your issue... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/949527

If it is for a single user the above steps are good enough.
Ig this is happening for more than one user verify the settings below:
==Grant Read permissions to the Authenticated Users group in the organizational unit where the user account is located.
