ASP has the server side XMLHTTP object so:

Set objXMLHTTP = Server.CreateObject("Microsoft.XMLHTTP")
objXMLHTTP.Open "GET", "http://www.facebook.com/????????????????????, False
objXMLHTTP.Send
Set HTML = objXMLHTTP.responseText

But how you get to your page (e.g. the correct URL) and login others will need to help you with.
It's easy, you just need to parse the content. And there are a lot of different ways of doing it.

One, use the webbrowser1.navigate method, get the page contents (i.e., innerHTML), then parse the data. Alternatively, you can use the DOM and navigate the elements.

But programming wise, you will need to spend at least 2-3 hours to get a working program.
