I have a user running Outlook 2002 (xp) and he keeps getting a popup &quot;trying to receive data from...&quot; &nbsp; It's trying to pull data from our old email server. &nbsp;I believe I have narrowed down the issue to the public folders he has set up... there are no public folders on our new exchange server. &nbsp; I tried to remove the public folders from his Outlook but it says &quot;these folders belong to a mail account... please use 'email accounts' in the tools menu to remove them&quot; &nbsp;....there is nothing I can find in &quot;email accounts&quot; to fix this.... help?
