Hello,<br />
We have OWA and one of the public folders is a list of contacts using a custom form. &nbsp;When the user accesses and tries to create a new contact they get the custom form and when they view a preexisting contact they get the custom form. &nbsp;<br />

When they try to view a contact via owa they dont get the custom form, and when they create a new contact they dont get the custom form. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
What my cause this, and how is it fixed if it is possible?<br />
