Hi,
We are planning to customize the OWA logon page of our Exchange 2007 servers.  We knew for internal users we need to make changes on the CAS servers.  Do we need to make any change on the ISA2006 servers for external users, so that they can get the same OWA logon page?
If we test ok for the internal users, what other extra testing do we need to do for external users?
Thanks, cnsxchg

Check this article for OWA customization in Exchange 2007. It is an easy to follow article. I myself have gone through the steps and had no issues with it.

Regarding the ISA forms page, you can disable the Forms Based authentication on the ISA for OWA rule so that ISA does not authenticate the user rather the Exchange CAS server does.

In case you want to modify the ISA forms, then refer to the following article:

Ideally you have both Internal and External Users going via ISA, the links posted above should suffice your requirement.

We knew the changes on CAS servers but not sure what to do on ISA servers.  Answer B is what we are looking for.
