What is the exact issue ? User unable to login to his mailbox via Outlook and OWA ?

I have one user that can not log in to their Exchange account. I reset the password and I am unable to log in to the account in Outlook and OWA. &nbsp;I disabled and enabled the account and still no log in happens. I checked all the account setting vs other accounts and found Manage Full Access Permission settings and found the &quot;OurDomain\EXCHMB01$&quot; missing. I attempted to add it via Powershell but it does not appear when I view the Manage Full Access Permission dialog window. When I run get-mailbox I see the entry with IsInherited = False. On other accounts this is set to true. I have not been able to find the syntax to set this.
