Yeah Raheem is right You should use the Exchange administrator account to do this,
If you try to do it with any other account you could be in for issues,

Also Hopefully the exchange administrative account is tied to the same account on each server.

can i run this command to remove all the move request

Remove-MoveRequest -MoveRequestQueue Mailbox Database

Commented:
Confused here what do you mean the remove the move request? It never moved as it could not intitate a mapi connection to the mailserver so no changes have been made, when you say the disk is full was it the transaction logs? If so is this a production server? And what steps have you taken to resolve this?
Commented:
expand the disk and mount the database every things work fine

Commented:
Ah cool good shout....Just making sure you did not delete the transaction logs :)

If you doing a migration and its out of hours say and not during production I would advise you to turn on circular logging during the migration only and once the migration completes then to turn this off and perform regualr full backups, remember during a migration the mailboxes will commit to the transaction logs so they will increase and take all the disk space it can / requires for the move so just a heads up
I just wanted to chime in and let everyone know that I experienced the same problem in our test environment.  I was moving a large mailbox and began to see the same error.

The virtual disk turned out to be full. We expanded the disk, remounted, and the issue was resolved.

Thanks for the help.
