mschrt20.ocx based Calendar doesn't work on Windows Server 2003

This one little glitch is holding up the release of my application as a service.  Basically I have a date selection tool/form that uses a mschrt20.ocx based calendar control.  It works great on XP and I get an error "Object or class does not support the set of events" on Windows Server 2003.

I'm thinking mschrt20.ocx is depending on some .dll that my XP computer has but the Server 2003 computer doesn't or it's a revision issue between dependent .dlls.

Anyone have some debugging advice.  I've run two different Registry Fix programs, ran Windows update, played around with changing ComCat.dll versions, but running out of ideas here.

After you log in, Go to Settings, Tools, and then click Select Date - Add to MS Outlook link.
Right click and select Close to exit the form.
