Cannot paste in Adobe Acrobat Standard 6.0

I have a user that connot paste in Adobe Acrobat Std 6.0. Also in Acrobat if he goes to help and select clipboard viewer he gets an error that clipbook is not on. Not sure if this has anything to do with issue.

In Adobe Acrobat 9 std (my computer) I have no problem pasting an image onto a pdf file. In my user's Windows XP Acrobat 6.0 std Paste is grayed out. I also tried turning on in services: Clipbook and it's dependances Network DDE but still does not help. Any suggestions?

I would start with the System File Checker...

Start>run>cmd.exe

sfc /purgecache
sfc /scannow

You WILL need the XP CD for this to complete...

Scannow sfc

Thanks anoym: no, same, yes

Thanks khkremer: Rev. 6 does not do it, rev 7, 8 and 9 does. That's my problem
OK, that means it got introduced in Acrobat 7 - there is nothing you can do (that is without investing into a custom plug-in) to do that in Acrobat 6. It's not supported.
Thanks
