We have a large number of conference rooms set up in Outlook as "Rooms". It is always a pain trying to find an available room. You have to look at the schedule of each room outside of your new meeting notice, then when you find the open room, add it into your meeting. Is there a feature that allows you to simply list all of the available rooms for the meeting time?
I figured out a minor shortcut, by creating a Group Schedule for all of the conference rooms. Then I can view all of their calendars at the same time. But I still have to look at it in a separate window, then re-enter the room into my meeting.
