Ubuntu run command on login

Ok so i'm on ubuntu 9.10 and I have emerald theme manager installed. In order for the window themes to show I have to press Atl + F2 and type the command "emerald --replace". I would like it if I didnt have to do this.  So how would i make it run that command every time i login to my machine.  Ive read that you click System > Administration > sessions. but in this version of ubuntu Sessions is not there...?
please and thankyou
