What subnet mask and gateway settings have you given the printer - make sure that they are in the same range as your servers.
I'm assuming that your servers have IP addressing in the 192.168.0.** range?
The gateway IP address on the printer should be the IP address of your domain controller.

i connected my laptop to that cable which goes into the rj45 of the printer and it works.so there is no problem with the cable.correct??

can you please guide me how to set the printer srttings on the printer itself
Check that the link light for the printer on the network switch/router is on. If it's not, try a different port on the switch.router, or a different cable.
