When I've come across this error previously, it's always been related to windows thinking there's a fault with the graphics card and shutting down the system to stop anything untoward happening.

It's usually found when rebuilding systems with an upgraded card in.

In terms of your Dell mini, check that the graphics card drivers are the most up to date ones, if they'er not, then install the newest drivers you can find on the Dell support website.

Can you upload the minidump files (or the most recent)
Can be found in c:\windows\minidump

May be some lady is expert and can solve the issue. :-)

Well if you are facing this error again and again, try safe mode and uninstall the most recent windows update OR the program that you installed recently which caused this.

Try system restore option too if required.
