Hi Tamilselvan,
In the report go to Report on the top
the select report properties
In there select layout and change the default 2.5 margins to 1cm
This will give you much more room on you report.
Then once you are in design view on the report you have 19cm in width to work with
(You have a max 25cm in height but if you are allowing item to grow, this is not a good one to work off)

Hope this helps

You can check if the width will be ok for the report. But the height depends  on the records you put on the report. (Are there always a fixed number of items you place on the report)
VB6 will take multiple pages automatically if it does not fit in the length.
I don't know of an option to change to centimeters in VB6, but 1 inch is 2.54 cm
and A4 is 29.7 x 21.0cm (so max width of about 8 inch in portrait, also not all printers can print the whole width/heigth of a sheet, the also have a margin)
So while designing you can check if the width will be ok.
