so, I need to install additional driver for PCs windows xp/7 right?
Actually, I doubt that you will. Either XP or 7 should be able to use their generic 'drivers' to make this function.
I suppose the real question is why do you want to do this?
If you got one for free, plug it in and see what happens.
If you're thinking about spending money on it - why?
There are a huge variety of keyboards designed specifically for Windows boxes that would suit any purpose you need - and for one heck of lot less than US$49.00 + shipping.

"heyman" is the wrong expression to use for me.
If you already have that keyboard, then plug it in and find out.
If this works genericly (as I suspect), then you can probably use a KVM switch and combine some of your peripherals.
If you can figure out how to "cross-platform" using a KVM, it would make a very useful "Article" here on EE.
