I am working on an asp.net application that just got moved from Windows Server 2003 to Server 2008 and it needs the ODBC dbase drivers that come installed on Windows 2003 but I can't find how to install them on Server 2008.

Where would I find these?

You are not telling what driver did you use on Windows Server 2003...

dBase files are accessible via VFP ODBC driver: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vfoxpro/bb190233.aspx

You could also use Jet 4.0:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/271908/en-us/
or Access 2007 ODBC driver: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=7554F536-8C28-4598-9B72-EF94E038C891&displaylang=en

All above drivers are 32 bit

I was using the Microsoft dbase driver under the odbc admin.

This is running on Windows Server 2008 64bit
I am not sure if 64 bit ODBC driver exists... Probably yes - delivered together with Access 2010 64 bit.

To use 32 bit ODBC drivers in 64 bit applications is not possible.

If your asp.net app is 32 bit then you may use 32 bit drivers downloaded from above links (because you did not write the exact version I may guess the Microsoft dBase driver is probably the Jet engine driver).
I would just add a link to 64 bit Access database engine: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=C06B8369-60DD-4B64-A44B-84B371EDE16D&displaylang=ja&displaylang=en

Unfortunately, it contains no details about DBF access and I didn't test it yet.
