Ok this is the strangest thing.  I bought a new 64 gig thumb drive that has FAT 32.  I can copy mp3 and pictures no problem from computer to computor but once I try to use a msi or zip or rar file then I get a "file corrupt" message.  To test, I downloaded a msi and exe from the web and things tranfered fine but when I try to use any msi or exe from my networked drive  I can't seem to be able to install that file to a new PC.  I'm thinking that I may want to format the USB drive as NFTS to test but that file system has performance issues so I would like to keep it FAT 32.  Its so strange. The EXE and MSI install perfectly fine when I try to install them from the network drive but once those files go on the jump drive I get "file corrupt" when I try to install them on other PCs in my network..

The drive is counterfeit.  Lost several hours and $30 trying to make it work.  Just disposed of it.  Sony Micro Vault.   Uggh...
