We have an ISA Server 2006 and a firewall policy configured to allow ALL OUTBOUND TRAFFIC from Internal to External for someone domain users (IE Proxy settings configured)<br />

The problem is that one of the users need access to a specific https website on the internet (Secure HTTP website) but when he tries to open this HTTPS website, ISA server is denying his access and as I said before that this is one of the domain users who also has full access to internet and he can open all other http websites! What should I do? is there a need to create a new access rule for this https website? and if Yes, how to do so?? Awaiting your detailed and prompt solution..thank you
