Hi

In SBS2008/Exchange2007 server, I'd like to either (a) set 'owner' permissions for Administrators for all Public Folders & subfolders , or (b) for \shared top folder & it's subfolders to set 'owner' permissions for a named user.

How can I do this?

Thanks

Use this power shell command to set the owner permissions on all the public folders

Get-PublicFolder -Identity \NON_IPM_SUBTREE –Recurse |Add-PublicFolderClientPermission -User  “username”  -AccessRights  Owner

OR
Use the AddUsersToPFRecursive.ps1 script to add client access rights to a public folder
This example adds Reviewer permissions for the user David to access the top-level public folder Sales and all of the public folders under it.
AddUsersToPFRecursive.ps1 -TopPublicFolder "\Sales" -User "David" -Permission Reviewer
