You will need to use an iSCSI initiatior whether a Microsoft or Linux.  You will also need a SAN or a NAS and create LUNs.  Once LUNs are created you connect a server via IP.

The SAN/NAS is called a target and the server that you want to attach it to with iscsi will have an iSCSI initiator.  You connect via IP and format as a drive letter or a mount.

Hope this helps.

Yes i just understand but i want to know is this Virtual disk which created for lun is available to connect from multipe computers ?

for example do i able to connect it from owner server and from an other server at the same time ?
does performance matter occurs? i mean will it make the system slower then normal network connections ? or normal hdd connection from the virtual disk file hosted server

If you want to open from multiple windows systems you will need to configure it as a cluster. Windows by default is not a multi-access systems as each volume has a different signature.
